From September 8^th to 10^th, the head quarter of Huatai Yongchuang(Beijng) Technology Co., Ltd successfully held an energetic and meaningful mid-year team building activity of 2023, offering an impressive experience and memory to the employees working at Beijing office while strengthening the team cohesive, improving team work ability of the employees. 

Employees from various department of Beijing office attended the activity where was held in Shanxi province. In the morning of September 9^th, the team visited the Pingxingguan Great Victory Memorial Hall that is, which serves as one of the famous patriotism education bases. The hall is built in memory of the victory gained by the 115 division of Eighth Route Army during the World War II against Japanese invaders. The Pingxingguan Great Victory is also called Pingxingguan Ambush, referred as “the 3 Firsts”, which is the first battle that Communist party and Kuomintang jointly fight with Japanese army after the complete outburst of anti-Japanese invasion war, the first time the Eighth Route Army gathered large legion to proactively ambush Japanese invaders, and the first victory against Japanese army under the leadership of communist party. The victory cracked down on the Japanese invader’s arrogance, broke Japanese army’s so called invincible legend, greatly strengthened the confidence of all Chinese people in fighting the Japanese army, and greatly increased the Eighth Rout Army and communist parties’ prestige to Chinese people. The ancestors wrote a great song by their blood and lives to invoke a great hope of Chinese people for the future of Chinese nationality. All the employees carefully listened to the explanations of tour guide with great respect and enthusiastic although there were drizzles during the time, deeply understood that period of history during anti-Japanese invasion war and the saga of the heroes. The trip has given the employees great feeling about the hardship and sacrifice during the war, and increased their patriotism spirit and sense of team honor.

On the second day of the trip, the team went to Dailuoding of Mountain Wutai early in the morning. Viewed from the bottom to the top, the mountain was looked steep and way high to the cloud. A great aspiration can make the peak low, and the path is started from the feet. When the team overcome 1080 staircase and stepped on the top of Dailuoding, they saw a magnificent mountain and temple buildings, which gave everybody a shock and exclamations. The team not only enjoyed the fun of outdoor activity, exercising their bodies,  the beautiful charm of Buddhism culture and scenic of the natural view while climbing the mountain by foot, also re-connected to the nature and felt the importance of harmonic relationship with the great nature.

Regardless of the rainy weather effect, the team gained a more abundance and meaningful experience from the activity. The company thanks the attendance of each employees and looks forward to having more unforgettable memories together with its employees in the future activities.
