Huatai, a Platform Where Your Dream Started—New Employee Training of 2023

August 8th, Huatai Yongchuang (Beijing) Technology Co., ltd has commenced its training for the newly employed colleagues of 2023. In this year, 56 new colleagues graduated from Dalian University of Technology, Northeastern University, North China Electric Power University and other famous universities of China gathered at Huatai R&D center with enthusiasm and aspiration to enter a new stage of life, and start the first journey of career.

The commence meeting of training program was held in a pleasant and harmonica atmosphere, the new colleagues made their self-introduction first before the beginning of the training. Mr. Han Dong, the General Manger of Huatai made the first training class, on behalf of the management, he warmly welcomed the new colleagues, and introduced the company’s overview history and related knowledge of coking. In the class, Mr. Han expressed his 4 expectations on them: 1. Value your time, develop a good habit, and do not disappoint the future yourself; 2. Form a practical and serious-minded work attitude, and meticulous work style; 3. Love learning and have a life time learning; 4. Huatai belongs to every employee who views it as his own career.

Kick-off Meeting of the Training

28 persons who are head persons and main staffs from Human Resource Department, Administration Department, Information Center Department, Project Management Department, Marketing Department, Design and Research Institute formed the lecturer team, giving the new employees trainings regarding company’s regulations, work flows, organization structures and functions of each department, basic knowledges of related disciplines, and previous project case study to guide the new employees to rapidly know the company, find their position and improve their work skills.

In the salon between new employees and old employees, the new employees talked about their puzzles and confusions about life and work, then 5 old employees gave their specific answers and advice based on their previous experience, and shared their understanding regarding how a person can combine his/her advantages with work, how can quickly adapt to new work environment, how can find right position for personal development and how to adjust personal mindset based on their own experience and growth. The entire salon had a very relaxed atmosphere, and everybody talked freely.

With warmly applause, Mr. Xu Lie, President of the company started his class that is enlightening for the new employees. He specifically discussed the development background and status quo of coking industry, encouraged all the attendees to solid their belief and confidence for the work and cause. He started from the company history, introduced company senior management, company management and development goals, furthermore, he also introduced the company’s development concept which is win-win cooperation, mutual benefits, team work, being rigorous and realistic, fair and integration; the company’s development strategy that focuses on technological innovation and scientific management, specifically analyzing the company’s advantage in the industry. At last, he asked 5 requirements on the new colleagues based on his personal experience: 1. Keeping learning and improving personal comprehensive quality; 2. Being justice, fair and unselfish; 3. Keep exercising and healthy; 4. Learning how to get well along with teams; 5. Making a clear career plan, setting up a long-term personal goal and strive for achieving it lifetime. These earnest expectation means a lot to the young colleagues, which is also the heritage of last coking pioneers, wishing Huatai people can always maintain the original aspiration, for success comes from perseverance and the hard work for improving the coking industry!

From August 12th to 13th, the company had 2 days team-building activities. The new employees visited Jinzhou Fengan Project Site for site study, the project engineered, procured, constructed and operated by Huatai Yongchuang(Beijing) Tech., Co., ltd. The project manager, Yu Xiaomeng, introduced the project overview, construction process and schedule in details to the new employees, and answered questions asked by them. After learning the project, every one has felt the pride and honor of Huatai people. The next stop of the team building is visits of Memorial of Liao-shen Campaign and great wall to have revolution history education, feel the spirit power of ancestors who created the new China, and invoke every body’s work enthusiasm. The Liao-shen campaign is a turning point of liberation war, many young soldiers sacrificed in the war, composed a great song with their youth and hot blood. Although the time has changed, their spirit is still a great inspiration for young Chinese to move forward despite any of the obstacles.

In the conclusion meeting, the new employees actively talked about their feelings and the lessons they have learned from the training, declared that they treat the training as a start to keep their learning and practicing during work, follow up the company’s development paces, make contribution to company’s high-quality development and achieve their personal values.

The training ended successfully; it is only a starting point for the new employees’ learning in the future work. “A flat river has unfolded a wide view; right wind is ready for a great excursion!” wish all the new colleagues be humble, patient and practical in future work, and boost the company’s robust growth with great sense of responsibility and mission.
